Throw it Back in Time With a Summer Concert

The 2026 Synchrony Concert Series at Walmart AMP goes through October, and some of the best shows are still to come. Whether you are looking to see a favorite band from your high school or college days, wanting to hang out with old friends or make some new ones, there’s a show for you.

Motionless in White will bring The Sweat and Blood Tour with Lorna Shore, Fit for a King and Static Dress to Rogers on Aug. 12 at 6:30 p.m. By mirroring alternately brutal and breathtaking sonic artistry against elegant and enigmatic imagery, the Gold-certified Pennsylvania quintet has drawn legions of fans under its spell since 2006. 

Two decades into the band’s career, these outliers prove to be as dynamic and dangerous as ever, with a slew of new releases on the horizon. This era begins with the single “Afraid of the Dark,” infusing tightly executed metalcore with gothic overtures, industrial grit and an arrestingly uplifting message to “follow the light in your heart and be not afraid of the dark.” 

Just a few weeks later, Billy Idol takes the stage with his It’s a Nice Day To…Tour Again!, featuring Idol’s first full-length album of new music in over a decade. Idol’s live show has been hailed as “a strong, forceful show just crackling with energy” by the Houston Press, while Creative Loafing raves that Idol “has a lot left to offer and is capable of owning a concert stage with the same authority and charisma he’s always boasted.” The Dallas Observer said, “Over 40 years into Billy Idol’s career, he remains just as remarkable as he started.” Don’t miss his new show Sept. 19 at 7:30 p.m.

Two-time Grammy-nominated artist, No. 1 New York Times best-selling author, Emmy nominee and filmmaker Logic is coming to Walmart AMP with The Endless Summer: Part II alongside G-Eazy on Sunday, Oct. 11 at 7 p.m.​

Musical support G-Eazy is a multi-Platinum recording artist and producer and has long established himself as a staple in the music and touring world. Known for his smooth raps, pristine production and dexterous range, the Bay-area rapper has won a People’s Choice Award for favorite hip-hop artist and been named to the Forbes “30 Under 30” list.
